Interim Executive:

Organizations in transition frequently experience change in their management teams as members depart or new roles are created. Different strengths are typically needed to reorganize a business than to manage one.  I have assumed several C-Suite roles with the objective of making required changes and then turning the role over to a permanent manager once new processes are stabilized. I also serve as a Program/Project Manager on significant organizational evolution efforts that are organized as projects with tight control required over scope, resources, timelines, and risk.
